Tish Rogers is an artist, teacher, and musician living in Cambria, California. Tish has been active in the arts community for many years. She is a former Director of Allied Arts Association, has led artist workshops, participated in Open Studios tours, as well as chaired the annual Art & Wine Festival.
Tish is a representational artist with an impressionistic style. She primarily uses acrylic paint on canvas, but often employs tempura, ink and mixed media into her works to bring them to life. While nature plays a recurring theme, there are still playful elements as well as surprising perspectives, whether a still life, ocean scene, or subtle portrait narratives.
Her work has been frequently exhibited in a variety of professional settings. Her commissions include commemorations of pilot fire fighting, cyclists, special pets and homes.
